Langley Heights Bed and Breakfast is a self - contained apartment, set in a large home in a quiet cul-de-sac, high on a mountain reserve in the Tuggeranong Valley, Canberra.  You have exclusive use of a fully furnished and self-contained two bedroom apartment, with private access; fully equipped kitchen; private bathroom, shower, toilet; lounge; TVs/DVDs/sound system; work desk and broadband internet; outdoor barbecue, patio and lawn area (private and secure); lock-up garage; and children's facilities. 

On arrival, enjoy a welcoming afternoon tea.  During your stay, walk along the adjoining mountain trails, see kangaroos in their natural environment, and experience the peace and tranquillity of the bush - all while being only a short drive to the convenience and attractions of Canberra, the national capital.    Breakfast, which is included in the room rate, comprises a generous hamper from which you can prepare your own fully cooked and continental breakfast at your leisure in the apartment.  Dinner is available on request, either a self-cooked barbecue on your veranda and adjoining garden area (all provisions supplied); or Thai cuisine cooked to order.  You may also choose to self-cater for your meals.  Whether you are a couple, family, single traveller or two couples travelling together, on holiday or business, we aim to have the facilities to meet your every need.
